
Alison Conlee, AGACNP-BC, is an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of dedicated service in neuroscience and critical care. She began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University in 2006. Shortly thereafter, she joined Texas Health Fort Worth, where she spent 11 years as a Registered Nurse in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit. During this time, she developed a strong clinical foundation in the management of complex neurological and neurosurgical patients, which shaped her passion for advanced neurocritical care.
In 2016, Alison completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, earning her certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She then served as a board-certified ACNP with Neurocritical Care Associates of Fort Worth, providing high-level care to critically ill neurological patients across the region.
Alison joined Tarrant Neurology in 2021, where she continues to care for patients with compassion, professionalism, and a strong commitment to evidence-based neurology practice. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the American Academy of Neurology. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her spouse and children and staying involved in her community.
